ArquitectonicaGeo enters seniors market

Miami landscape architecture firm ArquitectonicaGeo has paired up with Baltimore-based senior living specialist CSD to enter the domestic, Spanish and Latin American markets for senior housing, retirement homes and assisted-living facilities. The fast growing segment of the market must keep pace with the baby boomer age cohort, which continues to increase demand for retirement communities and senior living. ArquitectonicaGeo-designer Laurinda Spear says Costa Rica, Colombia and Brazil represent major growth markets.
