Moroso Motorsports Park sold

The new owner of Moroso Motorsports Park, Moroso Investment Partners, paid $10.4 million for 196 acres west of Jupiter. Moroso Investment Partners paid the Moroso family $7.5 million for the race track, $1.5 million for an office formerly owned by landscaping company Rood Landscape and $1.4 million for a gas station along the Beeline Highway. The race track is closed for renovations.
