Flagler gets new CEO

Jose Hevia will assume chief executive duties at Flagler Development, formerly known as the Codina Group. The Miami-based commercial real estate company, a unit of Fortress Investment Group, will leave Armando Codina, who formerly served as chairman and chief executive, in the chairman’s position. The company owns roughly 11.1 million square feet of office and industrial space, with another 593,000 under construction.
