Developer the Pinnacle Housing Group wants to revamp the Hollywood Tri-Rail State off Sheridan Street and I-95 in Hollywood, but requires city approval before groundbreaking can begin on its plans for an urban village there. The project calls for condos, a hotel, retail and office space, and a 793-space parking garage for commuters. Witkin Hults Design Group, a Hollywood-based landscape firm, was selected to design all of the exterior features of the complex, which will include a 24-foot-by-10-foot mirrored water wall. The Sheridan Street Station will include 1,050 condos, of which 20 percent — or 210 units — will be set aside for workforce housing.
