Samuel Monti has been hired as senior vice president and head of the commercial real estate credit division. Previously, he was a senior vice president and loan review manager at BankUnited in Miami. Hugo Loynaz has been hired as senior vice president and chief credit officer. He was at Citibank for 10 years, most recently as commercial markets credit director.
