Boca projects near completion

Two new office buildings, Boca Colonnade II at the Arvida Park of Commerce in Boca Raton and Liberty Center at Monarch Lakes in Miramar, are both nearly ready for occupancy, offering a couple of bright spots in a depressed market. The two projects, which will bring a total of 200,000 square feet to the market, are being developed by Liberty Property Trust, a Pennsylvania-based real estate investment trust. Liberty is working with multiple prospects for remaining space at Boca Colonnade II, which is seeking LEED gold certification, according to marketing vice president George Ledwith.
