Land auction for busted condo

The developers of Dolce Vita at the Inlet will see the site of their Palm Beach County project go up for sale Friday in a public auction. Lender Florida Community Bank won a $6.2 million foreclosure judgment against Jupiter Island Associates of New York. Palm Beach Shores zoning records show that construction of the 14-unit condo building was slated to begin in November 2006 and finish in March 2008. It never got off the ground.
