Cushman & Wakefield blooms

Cushman & Wakefield of Florida has doubled the size of its Palm Beach County office and tripled its staff as part of its expansion plans. It opened a 1,200-square-foot office at 3399 PGA Blvd. in 2005 as an outpost office to build its land and industrial practice in the county, and has since expanded its office portfolio. Recent growth prompted a move to the 3,000-square-foot office across the street at 3300 PGA Blvd. The firm wants to expand by developing or acquiring a retail team and practice in Palm Beach County.
