Florida’s foreclosures declined in August

Florida
had 194 foreclosure filings in August, according to real estate research firm RealtyTrac.
Florida’s
August filings were down 4.11 percent from July, but up 29.67 percent from
August of last year. Nationwide, RealtyTrac counted 303,879 foreclosures, a 12
percent increase from July and a 27 percent increase from last year.
