Catalfumo Construction will head a $19 million project to redo the waterfront along Flagler Drive from Banyan Boulevard to South Cove Lookout. The Palm Beach Gardens company will turn the area into City Commons, a park linking the downtown area to the water. The site currently has Centennial Square and the city library, which is being relocated to the west, along with the West Palm Beach City Hall that Catalfumo is building as part of the separate City Center project.
