Socialite Elesabeth “Eles” Ingalls Gillet, who recently sold the noted Palm Beach home Pelican Hall at 159 Via del Lago for $11.8 million, bought 232 Sandpiper Drive for $4.08 million from Dana E. Landry and William F.X. Moody, according to a  warranty deed filed Sept. 8. Gillet becomes the seventh owner of 232 Sandpiper Drive since 2000 and the sixth to reside there since the existing 4,400-square-foot, one-story Bermuda house was built on the property in 2002, according to property records. The sellers are real estate brokers affiliated with the Washington Fine Properties firm who acquired 232 Sandpiper for $3.375 million in 2006.
