Extell Development has announced that its first tenants have signed leases for the retail space at the twin tower, mixed-use development 1060 Brickell in Downtown Miami. The seven businesses are expected to move into the project’s two-story, 24,000-square-foot retail component as early as December 2008.
The tenants announced include CHAMPS Brickell pre-school, Roberto Giordano Salon-Spa, Mr. Sushi Restaurant, La Provence Bakery, Café Sci Sci, Yogurbella and Arthur Murray Dance Studio.
