Woolbright signs at shopping centers

Woolbright Devlopment has signed two leases at London Square, the 475,000-square-foot shopping center it is building at 1230 Southwest 137th Avenue in Kendall. First National Bank will take 1,800 square feet and Area Shoe Boutique will rent 1,200 square feet there. T.J. Maxx/HomeGoods and Costco, which are already open, will anchor the plaza. Woolbright also landed a tenant at River Bridge Centre, at 6714-6864 Forest Hills Boulevard in Greenacres. Play N Trade Video Games will take 1,400 square feet of space there. TRD
