Developer to auction 30 luxe homes

On November 9th, at the Marriott Palm Beach Gardens, Sheldon Good &
Company Auctions will take bidding on 30 luxury condo units at Landmark
at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens, the only high-rise in the city.
The units were on the market from $600,000, starting at $3.5
million for penthouses. Bidding will start at
$350,000, with suggested minimum bids of $650,000 for the penthouse
units. The three-tower development is now more than 70 percent sold,
and its developer, HomeDevco is willing to offer the remaining homes at
a discount in order to finish sales more quickly and raise capital for
