CBRE gets leasing assignments for over 500,000 square feet

ProLogis, the world’s largest owner, developer and manager of
distribution facilities, has hired CB Richard Ellis to be the exclusive
leasing agent for its 271,235-square-foot Dade Distribution Center,
located at 18000 State Road 9 in Miami. The center consists of two
warehouses — one around 170,000 square feet and the other around
100,000 square feet. It has 30,643 square feet of office space.

CBRE was also named exclusive leasing agent for Brickell Medical Center, a hotel-office development planned for 257 Southwest 7th Street. The 22-story, 259,000-square-foot project is being developed by Omega Alpha Development, who expects its completion by fall 2010. TRD
