Foreclosure tour makes Palm Beach County circuit

Jason Alweiss and his brother Noah want to show bargain buyers the top 10 local residential foreclosure deals in Palm Beach County communities. Rides on the South Florida Foreclosure Tour cost $25. The first outing is scheduled for Oct. 11. A mortgage consultant, contractor and building inspector will be on the tour to answer questions from customers, and if property owners give permission, customers will be able to enter homes. Customers who later buy a home on the tour get their $25 refunded.
