Financial firm takes space in Coral Springs

Amidst fears that financial service firms could be pulling back on
their office space demands, one such company, the Bollinger Group, has
signed a five-year lease for 3,981 square feet at Heron Bay II in Coral
Springs. Mack Lane Real Estate negotiated the transaction. The Class A
building, located at 11555 Heron Bay Boulevard, has an asking rent of
