Kohl’s S. Florida openings imminent

The discount department store Kohl’s will be opening its first six South Florida locations next Wednesday. Finding the appropriate type of shopping center for its business model was difficult in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, and caused Kohl’s to take several years to open here. The stores opening next week are in Homestead, Kendall, Hialeah, Miramar, Hollywood and Coconut Creek.
