Leasing starts at Lauderdale offices

Preconstruction leasing has begun at Economos Properties’ Griffin Corporate Center in Fort Lauderdale. The 8.5-acre mixed-use complex, located at 2071 Griffin Road, will have 65,000 square feet of office space and 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space when completed. Transwestern is the exclusive leasing agent for both components. The property will also have two hotels: a 157-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and a 124-room Homewood Suites by Hilton. TRD
