Town Center One nears completion

The latest addition to the Downtown Dadeland area, Town Center One, a 210,000-square-foot Class A office condo building on North Kendall Drive, has topped off. Developer Dayco says the building is 52 percent sold and should be complete by May 2009. Dayco president Luis Lumar says the estimated sell-out value of the project is $100 million.
