Bar leases at Broward’s first green office building

The Florida Bar will relocate its Fort Lauderdale Lawyer Regulation
branch office to Lake Shore Plaza II, Broward County’s first LEED
pre-certified green multi-tenant office building, located at 1300
Concord Terrace in Sunrise. The 130,000-square-foot building, which
sits in Sawgrass International Corporate Park, was completed this
summer. The Florida Bar will take 6,128 square feet of space at the
building for a seven-year term. The landlord, a joint venture of Stiles
Corporation and WLD Enterprises, was represented by Stiles Realty,
Stiles’ in-house brokerage arm. Morris Southeast Group represented the
tenant as a co-broker. TRD
