McKinney’s Manalapan lot lists at nearly $43M

Developer Frank McKinney has listed a 5.5-acre parcel of land he bought in 2005 for $42.9 million. The latest edition of Christie’s Great Estates featured the vacant property at 700 South Ocean Blvd., which includes nearly 520 feet on the Atlantic and about 480 feet on the Intracoastal. British billionaire Malcolm Healey sold McKinney the property through Venture Concepts International for $42.5 million. At that time it was listed as 8.78 acres and featured 820 feet along the ocean, according to the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser’s Office.
