Real estate mogul Donald Trump has settled a lawsuit against SimDag/Robel LLC in a dispute over the use of his name on the Trump Tower Tampa. A mediated settlement was reached, said an attorney for SimDag, but terms were kept confidential. The agreement needs approval from U.S. Bankruptcy Judge K. Rodney May, who allowed Trump to pursue mediation. Trump brought the bankrupt builder to court last May, claiming SimDag failed to complete payments on a $2.8 million licensing fee.
