Office Depot shops stores

Delray Beach-based Office Depot has sold eight stores, totaling 218,137 square feet, to real estate investor One Liberty Properties of Great Neck, N.Y. One Liberty paid $47.6 million for stores in Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, Texas, California, Georgia and Oregon. Office Depot will remain in the locations and has signed 10-year leases with One Liberty.
