Palm Beach commercial condo foreclosure to go forward

A commercial condo inside the historic Palm Beach Hotel will head to a foreclosure sale. Lender Meecorp Capital Markets, a Fort Lee, N.J.-based group, won the judgment in Palm Beach County court on Sept. 4, against owners Palm Beach Resorts International LLC, Sumner G. Kaye, Steven Schwendemann and CJ’s Simply Gourmet Catering. The public auction of the 8,026-square-foot commercial unit inside the Palm Beach Hotel is scheduled for Oct. 16 at the county courthouse in West Palm Beach.
