Homewood Suites adds in Airport West

Another Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel opened its doors in the Airport West submarket, at 3590 Northwest 74th Avenue. The property, managed by Boca Raton-based Economos Properties, has 124 studio, one- and two-bedroom residential-style suites, with amenities including a shuttle to nearby Miami International Airport, an outdoor swimming pool and 900 square feet of meeting space. Economos has plans to develop $50 million worth of properties in the area, including another hotel and a set of restaurants.
