Palladio Terrace buyers sue condo lawyers

A group of buyers seeking the return of their deposits on the failed Palladio Terrace condo project sued the Gunster Yoakley law firm, alleging that the attorney didn’t protect their cash. Merco Group of the Palm Beaches, Palladio Terrace’s developer, scrapped the West Palm Beach luxury condo project two years ago, but it has not returned all of the $10 million in deposits it received from prospective buyers. Some buyers have also sued the developer.
