As part of their strategy to best deal with the region’s real estate slowdown, West Palm Beach planning firms Urban Design Studio and Kilday & Associates have combined to form Urban Design Kilday Studios. The merged company has 35 employees and more than 100 projects in the works, managing partner Ken Tuma says. Their clients include Sembler Co., WCI Communities Inc. and Scripps Florida.
