Ellis vet Sime goes to Holly Real Estate

A massive restructuring at CB Richard Ellis is sending Scott Sime, managing director of the commercial real estate giant’s Miami-Dade operations, to Coral Gables-based Holly Real Estate. Sime, 45, will be president of Holly’s brokerage division, which will be renamed Holly Sime Realty. Sime said he and William Holly, the firm’s chairman and CEO, are also launching a fund aimed at buying industrial real estate assets.
