Miami commercial space sells for $14.7M

Real estate developer Jain Avra and partner Peter Schwalbe paid $14.7
million for the commercial portion of the Marina Blue tower at 888 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. The space includes 40,225 square feet divided into 23 commercial condos. The commercial section of Marina Blue has not yet been completed, but construction on the residential portion has been finished.
