Regions sends project into foreclosure

Regions Bank last week received an $8.4 million foreclosure judgment against developer Palm Springs Town Homes, a subsidiary of Fort Lauderdale-based Coscan Homes, which planned a 14.2-acre townhome project near West Palm Beach. It will go up for auction next month. The developer planned to build 232 townhomes at the community.
