Palm Beach shoring up landmark guidelines

A Palm Beach Town Council committee, composed of members Gail Coniglio and David Rosow, its chairman, have recommended new landmarking procedures and guidelines. The pair acted after a new owner earlier this year demolished the 48-year-old Manus House on Wells Road, the last in the town designed by noted Modernist architect Alfred Browning Parker.
