South Florida homes see third-quarter price reductions

Nearly half of the homes on the market in South Florida had at least one price reduction in the third quarter this year, according to the latest ZipRealty report on price reductions in 28 metro areas. In Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties, 48.4 percent of sellers reduced prices, compared to 38.1 percent in the third quarter of 2007.
