Purchasers of any of the seven remaining residences at South of Fifth, a luxury low-rise condominium at 125 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, will receive a 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, valued at $260,000, the developer said today. The seven available residences — out of 28 in the development — range from $6 to $8 million and are between 2,500 and 6,200 square feet in size.
