Realtors heard an uncharacteristic outpouring of pessimism during the
four-day gathering of the National Association of Realtors that ended
Monday in Orlando. Overpricing remains a common problem for sellers,
said Dirk Zeller of Bend, Ore., who drew a downward arrow to depict the

Economist Lawrence Yun said 2008 will be the worst year for home prices
since the Great Depression, and Keller Williams CEO Gary Keller called
