Miami apartment complex to be auctioned in January

Les Chalet, an apartment complex at 8215 S.W. 72nd Avenue in
the Dadeland area of Miami, is set for a public auction on January 16. Dadeland
Nadlan, the developer of the 145-unit complex, lost a $16 million foreclosure
judgment October 23. The company bought the apartments for $35.5 million in
June 2007 and obtained development rights for two towers with 726 condos.
