Regions Bank seeks two foreclosures

Regions Bank is seeking
foreclosure on units in a condominium conversion and town home
development, both in
Miami-Dade County. The bank filed a notification of pending foreclosure
action against
First West Cutler Gardens’ West Cutler Gardens condo conversion project
November 6. The foreclosure action
applies to 150 unsold units in the project
at 11120 S.W. 196th Street but excludes 49 already-sold
units. The bank filed a
notification of pending foreclosure action against units in the
Cornerstone Group’s Solabella town home project at 17355 N.W. Seventh Avenue in Miami Gardens
October 30. Seventy-five units have already been sold, and the
foreclosure
action applies only to the unsold 45 units.
