Zoning for Worldcenter approved

The Miami City Commission approved special zoning for Miami
Worldcenter, a mixed-use project in the city’s Park West neighborhood.
Commissioners also approved an agreement under which the developers,
Art Falcone, Marc Roberts and Nitin Motwani, will create open public
space. The Worldcenter will consist of 12 million square feet on 25
acres.
