Florida real estate inventories remain high and investors should be wary of the state’s real estate market, according to a recent report from PortReal LLC, a Virginia-based research firm geared toward investors. The national housing slump will continue until the end of 2009, the report said, with prices falling another 8 percent and credit continuing to tighten.
