Three lawsuits filed in refinancing case

Three lawsuits have been filed against a South Florida real
estate attorney, Richard Aronsky, and his business
partner, Nassim Dali-Bey. The suits claim that Aronsky and Dali-Bey offered to
refinance clients’ mortgages but never paid off the original mortgages or
recorded new ones. The properties involved include a $4.9 million half-finished
home at 1429 N. Venetian Way near downtown Miami.
