Office Depot has new Boca Raton HQ

Employees are moving in to the new Office Depot
headquarters in Boca Raton. The $100 million headquarters, one entire
building at the corner of Military Trail and Clint Moore Road, replaces
the former headquarters, three buildings in
Delray
Beach. Office Depot has a 15-year lease on the building,
which is owned by Flagler Development Corporation and TIAA-CREF. Office
Depot
sold the Delray Beach buildings to Lincoln Financial for $80 million.
