Florida-based Main Street Land Partners has
plans to launch its first private equity real estate fund by the end of
this week. The fund, which hopes to raise $33 million
from investors, will target land and medical properties, along with self-storage facilities and Class B
neighborhood retail plazas within the Southeast U.S., said Todd
Marshall, a manager of Main Street. He said the fund will focus on
the highest-growth metro markets.
