Buy a house, get a Bentley

Builder Joseph Attonito is selling the six-bedroom house he
just finished in Davie for $3.3 million — with a $200,000 Bentley as an incentive.
He isn’t the first South Florida developer to offer a luxury car as an enticement.
Miami Beach luxury condominium South of Fifth offered buyers a 2008 Lamborghini
Gallardo Spyder, valued
at $260,000, with their purchase. Attonito plans to offer the Bentley deal
on the next property he
builds.
