Ram Development pushes Boca complex

Plans remain on the table for Palmetto Park, a 160,000-square-foot office complex at
the southeast corner of Palmetto Park Road and Federal Highway. But
Palm Beach Gardens-based firm Ram Development says it needs
to pre-lease enough space to make the project viable — as much as 80,000 square feet, said Casey Cummings of
Ram.
Cummings said he’s optimistic he’ll find tenants even in this economy.
