Bluegreen to cut 182 employees

Timeshare resort company Bluegreen filed a disclosure with the Florida
Agency for Workforce Innovation saying it will lay off 182 employees in
its Orlando sales and marketing operations beginning in late January.
Bluegreen will close two Orlando sales offices, at 7087 Grand National
Drive and 8249 Vineland Avenue. The company announced at the beginning of the week
that in January it would lay off 122 employees in Boca Raton, where the
company is headquartered. According to Bluegreen’s Web site, the
company employs approximately 6,000 associates.
