Web sites are emerging to take advantage of a new real estate market —
bulk sales of foreclosed homes to investors. The Web sites may help
banks, which don’t have the resources to sell off repossessed homes.

disagreements. Sellers often withdraw from selling when they don’t get
the bids they want, one investor said.
