Socialite Linda Gosman released on bail

Palm Beach socialite Linda Gosman, who was indicted last
month
on two counts of mortgage fraud, five counts of bankruptcy fraud and nine
counts related to illegal bank transfers, was released from jail on $1
million bail yesterday afternoon. Gosman was released on the condition that she
supply records of her Swiss bank account to prosecutors within two weeks.
Gosman, wife of financier Abe Gosman, was accused of making false statements on two mortgage
applications for property in Miami and Jupiter.
