Bruce Springsteen’s purchases of $7.7 million worth of real
estate in Wellington are helping the town’s image, says Sun-Sentinel
columnist Ralph De La Cruz. Springsteen paid $4.6 million for a
5,946-square-foot, five-bedroom home. In June, he paid $3.1 million for the
property next door, which he is now reportedly hoping to sell. Springsteen’s
15-year-old daughter participates in the Winter Equestrian Festival, which is
held in Wellington each year.
