Developers attend Art Basel parties

Developers are attending parties at Miami’s Art Basel fair this week to
promote new residential buildings. The Related Group’s Jorge Perez
threw a party at the sales gallery of his St. Regis Bal Harbour
development in Miami. Developer Mirax Group had an opening party for
one of its projects. Newly opened developments, including the Mondrian
condo-hotel and the renovated Fontainebleau, will also host parties.
