Financial services firm leases in CityPlace Tower

Financial services company Raymond James & Associates has leased 9,000 square feet in CityPlace Tower, a 300,000-square-foot commercial building on Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach. Raymond James will move into the space from its current location nearby, on N. Flagler Drive, in March 2009. The CityPlace Tower is now 75 percent leased. Other tenants include Intech, an institutional money management firm, Regions Financial Corporation and Shutts & Bowen, a law firm. TRD
